The Last 17 Lando Calrissian action figure stands to attention a little too rigidly and almost feels like more of a victory parade figure than an action figure. By comparison Han's arms are often bent so that he can hold a blaster in the firing position and convincingly take the controls of the Millennium Falcon. This little detail is missing in Lando even though his main role in this outfit is to pilot the Falcon in the attack on the second Death Star. The detail of the shoulder holster is really good for its time and the boots are rather nice too. The cape (if you're lucky enough to have one) takes over a little bit. Looked at up close Lando's face suggests that he's put on a little bit of weight since Jabba's Palace. More than anything though this action figure does not reflect well the casual (albeit smart) air about Lando, that say the 1978 Han Solo action figure had managed to carry off on his smuggler buddy.

Lando is pictured above in the cockpit of the Legacy Collection Millennium Falcon next to a rather dusty looking Nien Nunb. In the photo to the right the Last 17 Lando is carrying a repro blaster and missing his cloak. His hair also shows some signs of paint loss.
The Last 17 Lando Calrissian figure is given the rather odd designation of General Pilot. This does pretty much describe both his recently acquired rank in the Rebel Alliance as well as his role during the battle over Endor, but since the rank is a military rather than naval one the two don't sit quite right together.
All Star Wars action figures, vehicles, collectibles and Star Wars toys shown on this website are the 3.75 inch scale and from my own private Star Wars collection unless otherwise stated. Where possible original vintage accessories have been used but in some instances I have placed Kenner Star Wars figures with either reproduction weapons and accessories or for Hasbro figures close approximations have been used. This is mostly the case for modern Star Wars lightsabers where the correct item can be very difficult to identify on some ocassions. Vintage Star Wars action figures are shown with their original weapon or accessory when I have them. When a vintage Kenner action figure is shown with an accessory which is not original I have tried to point this out where possible.
All of the Star Wars action figures shown were purchased second hand, usually incomplete, and in bulk. They have been reunited with their original weapons and accessories where we could get hold of them.
