This Obi-Wan Kenobi (Clone Trooper Outfit) figure is about as far removed from the avuncular mild-mannered wizard of A New Hope as you can get. Obi-Wan looks grisly and gladiatorial in his Clone Trooper Uniform. It's a lovely, detailed action figure. This is Obi-Wan Kenobi as a warrior general who leads from the front from the action-packed Tartakovsky Clone Wars Series, not as a recluse, as a negotiator nor a Jedi teacher or peace-keeper as we see him in the movies.

All in all this is a much more substantive and impressive action figure than I would usually expect to have been derived from the Clone Wars Series cartoons. Obi-Wan's clone helmet is of the style of the Clone Troopers from The Attack of the Clones with the fin on the top and the triangular mouth. Because of this he works very well displayed alongside Clone Troops from Episode II.

The General Grievous / Utapau blaster in the photo doesn't belong with the figure. The only weapon that the Obi Wan in Clone Trooper Outfit comes packed with is a lightsaber, so that's an affectation on my part.

All Star Wars action figures, vehicles, collectibles and Star Wars toys shown on this website are the 3.75 inch scale and from my own private Star Wars collection unless otherwise stated. Where possible original vintage accessories have been used but in some instances I have placed Kenner Star Wars figures with either reproduction weapons and accessories or for Hasbro figures close approximations have been used. This is mostly the case for modern Star Wars lightsabers where the correct item can be very difficult to identify on some ocassions. Vintage Star Wars action figures are shown with their original weapon or accessory when I have them. When a vintage Kenner action figure is shown with an accessory which is not original I have tried to point this out where possible.

All of the Star Wars action figures shown were purchased second hand, usually incomplete, and in bulk. They have been reunited with their original weapons and accessories where we could get hold of them.
