I don't know what's going on with my Power of the Jedi Jek Porkins action figure. He seems to have darker hair and less of a beard than any of the examples of the X-Wing Pilot that I've found online. Although it's definitely the same Power of the Jedi Red 6 action figure it's a variation that I don't seem to be able to find elsewhere.
Jek Porkins does also feature in a 2012 Movie Heroes Yavin Pilot Pack of figures but in that iteration he looks to have gone on a bit of a diet, turned grey and sculpted his five o'clock shadow into a beard.

The Power of the Jedi Porkins action figure will not fit into either the vintage Kenner X-Wing Fighter or the Power of the Force X-Wing Fighter. If you remove the cockpit glass you might just about get him in but it's a tight fit. It would be nice to have an X-Wing specifically for Porkins which is room-y enough to fit this portly X-Wing Pilot in the cockpit and perhaps with some exploding or battle damage effects.
I especially like the Jek Porkins figure's helmet. It's colourful, vibrant and very nicely designed.

All Star Wars action figures, vehicles, collectibles and Star Wars toys shown on this website are the 3.75 inch scale and from my own private Star Wars collection unless otherwise stated. Where possible original vintage accessories have been used but in some instances I have placed Kenner Star Wars figures with either reproduction weapons and accessories or for Hasbro figures close approximations have been used. This is mostly the case for modern Star Wars lightsabers where the correct item can be very difficult to identify on some ocassions. Vintage Star Wars action figures are shown with their original weapon or accessory when I have them. When a vintage Kenner action figure is shown with an accessory which is not original I have tried to point this out where possible.
All of the Star Wars action figures shown were purchased second hand, usually incomplete, and in bulk. They have been reunited with their original weapons and accessories where we could get hold of them.
