Jar Jar Binks with Kaadu - Episode One Collection, 1999 Star Wars Creatures & Monsters...

Jar Jar Binks with Kaadu Overview

Jar Jar Binks with Kaadu

In order to keep this Episode one Collection Jar Jar Binks stable on his Kaadu steed, you can have his left hand holding the front of the saddle whilst his right hand holds the reins. Otherwise Jar Jar has a tendancy to slide off. Unfortunately Jar Jar can't hold his booma at the same time, so you'd perhaps have to compromise and leave the reins loose. With a bit of effort you can get Jar Jar to hold both the reins and the saddle in his left hand but I found this to be incredibly fiddly and gave up in the end.

Press down on the saddle bag and the Episode one Collection Kaadu's legs move (similar in principle to the vintage Scout Walker). Just like the Scout Walker (AT-ST), it can be quite difficult to get the legs to stop in a position in which the Kaadu will balance without falling over. The Kaadu's inside toes also overlap which can be annoying.

Jar Jar has a tiny bit of elbow articulation in his right arm but it is very restricted.

You can also mount your Episode One Collection Captain Tarpals on one of these Kaadus even though he has no knee articulation (that is if you don't have the Original Trilogy Collection Captain Tarpals which came with it's own much more detailed and ornate Kaadu).

Only the Gungans could go to war riding on the backs of steeds that look like plucked flightless avian dinosaurs crossed with Big Bird from Sesame Street.

All Star Wars action figures, vehicles, collectibles and Star Wars toys shown on this website are the 3.75 inch scale and from my own private Star Wars collection unless otherwise stated. Where possible original vintage accessories have been used but in some instances I have placed Kenner Star Wars figures with either reproduction weapons and accessories or for Hasbro figures close approximations have been used. This is mostly the case for modern Star Wars lightsabers where the correct item can be very difficult to identify on some ocassions. Vintage Star Wars action figures are shown with their original weapon or accessory when I have them. When a vintage Kenner action figure is shown with an accessory which is not original I have tried to point this out where possible.

All of the Star Wars action figures shown were purchased second hand, usually incomplete, and in bulk. They have been reunited with their original weapons and accessories where we could get hold of them.
