The boulders that came with the Kenner Ewok Glider were disproportionately out of scale compared to the size of the glider. Any airborne Ewok would have dropped to the ground like the proverbial stone carrying a payload of this size, if the laws of physics were to be applied. This was rectified in the Saga Series 2003 Ewok Assault Glider in which the boulders were of a much more realistic size.

The clips to attach the harness to the wings of the Ewok Glider tend to become detached quite easily and this can be very frustrating whether you are attempting to use the Ewok Glider for play or display. In fact, I used to have two Kenner Ewok Gliders suspended over my Ewok Village Playset, but in the end I had to give up on one of them as the clips would just not stay fastened.

The pink of the glider, I would guess, is meant to represent some sort of stretched pig skin if we go by Teebo's pig's-head headdress and his other accessories. These are the only two times I can think of that Kenner used these colours.

Where possible original vintage accessories have been used but in some instances I have placed Kenner Star Wars figures with either reproduction weapons and accessories or for Hasbro figures close approximations have been used. This is mostly the case for modern Star Wars lightsabers where the correct item can be very difficult to identify on some ocassions. Vintage Star Wars action figures are shown with their original weapon or accessory when I have them. When a vintage Kenner action figure is shown with an accessory which is not original I have tried to point this out where possible.

All of the Star Wars action figures shown were purchased second hand, usually incomplete, and in bulk. They have been reunited with their original weapons and accessories where we could get hold of them.
