This Saga Series Republic Gunship is an absolute leviathan of a ship and a great display item. Put it with the Geonosian Arena playset and you really have something to complete your scene for the main battle of Episode II Attack of the Clones.

The missiles for the Republic Gunship's top guns are huge which is a real bonus as it makes them very difficult to lose and what's more it also makes them easy to identify. I'm very thankful for this as I have dozens of Star Wars missiles which I'm struggling to identify.

There are also eight bombs with each wing having space to clip four on to the undercarriage of the Gunship.

My Republic Gunship is missing its side doors but it still makes for an impressive display piece. There's a button on the top which opens out the back doors of the Republic Gunship and the movement on this is really nice and smooth.

Update: I found a pair of front missiles for the Republic Gunship amongst my collection of miscellaneous missiles, so I've taken an additional photo with these attached. The missiles fit into the slots pointy end first which I wasn't expecting and they make the front of the gunship look rather like a beatle with its antennas feeling around its surroundings. In addition to these I also found the rear missile / projectile for my Republic Gunship which (as I'd been displaying from the front) I hadn't noticed was missing. This makes my Saga Series Republic Gunship vehicle pretty much complete and I'll add more photos soons.

All Star Wars action figures, vehicles, collectibles and Star Wars toys shown on this website are the 3.75 inch scale and from my own private Star Wars collection unless otherwise stated. Where possible original vintage accessories have been used but in some instances I have placed Kenner Star Wars figures with either reproduction weapons and accessories or for Hasbro figures close approximations have been used. This is mostly the case for modern Star Wars lightsabers where the correct item can be very difficult to identify on some ocassions. Vintage Star Wars action figures are shown with their original weapon or accessory when I have them. When a vintage Kenner action figure is shown with an accessory which is not original I have tried to point this out where possible.

All of the Star Wars action figures shown were purchased second hand, usually incomplete, and in bulk. They have been reunited with their original weapons and accessories where we could get hold of them.
