Jabba The Hutt's Dancers 3-pack (Greeata, Rystáll, Lyn Me) - Power of the Force, 1998 Star Wars Action Figures...

Jabba The Hutt's Dancers Action Figure: Overview

The Jabba's Dancers three-pack (Greeata, Rystáll and Lyn Me) adds some real flavour to the scenes at Jabba's Palace. The action figures are basic but they are well posed for dancing around the throne room.

It's a real shame that these action figures weren't released as part of a later series as with a little bit more articulation as they could have been amazing. The other dancer Yarna D'Al'Gargan from the Legacy Collection comes with the extra articulation but doesn't really need it quite so much as these action figures do.

All that said there is some quite nice facial detail to all three figures. Moreover, they really do add something to the three-dimensionailty of a Jabba the Hutt Throne Room diorama as they give us something to place mid-distance between Jabba and his courtiers which gives us a foreground, centre ground and background for the scene.

I don't have the cinema scene backdrop for Jabba's Dancers. The backdrop for the Cinema scene shows the musician Ak-Rev beating a large gong-like drum. If you have the Legacy Collection Ak-Rev and or the 30th Anniversary Collection Umpass Stay then the backdrop is prettty much surplus to requirements.

Rystáll is the earliest Star Wars figure/character that I can think of who has an accent over her name. Others include Like Padmé Amidala, Ric Olié and Chirrut Îmwe from Rogue One.

All Star Wars action figures, vehicles, collectibles and Star Wars toys shown on this website are the 3.75 inch scale and from my own private Star Wars collection unless otherwise stated. Where possible original vintage accessories have been used but in some instances I have placed Kenner Star Wars figures with either reproduction weapons and accessories or for Hasbro figures close approximations have been used. This is mostly the case for modern Star Wars lightsabers where the correct item can be very difficult to identify on some ocassions. Vintage Star Wars action figures are shown with their original weapon or accessory when I have them. When a vintage Kenner action figure is shown with an accessory which is not original I have tried to point this out where possible.

All of the Star Wars action figures shown were purchased second hand, usually incomplete, and in bulk. They have been reunited with their original weapons and accessories where we could get hold of them.
